Yana Levin is employed in our firm's Corporate Finance practice group. After studying Dutch law at Utrecht University, Yana graduated at Nijmegen Law School of the Catholic University of Nijmegen (now Radboud University Nijmegen), specializing in business law. During her graduation year she did a traineeship at De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek in Amsterdam and at Linklaters in London.
From 2003 to 2006 Yana was employed as a trainee lawyer and subsequently as a junior lawyer at Clifford Chance LLP in Amsterdam, where she worked in the Banking and Corporate practice groups.
Yana is currently concentrating on the general company law practice with the emphasis on mergers and takeovers, advising Dutch and international companies in the context of national and cross-border transactions. |
