Roman Tarlavski is a partner in our Corporate practice. His particular emphasis is cross-border M&A, structured joint ventures, public-private projects and private equity transactions. Roman has extensive experience in the hotel and automotive industry.
Roman joined CMS in 2002 as a partner from Andersen Legal where he worked from 1993.
