Paulus van den Bos is a lawyer and head of our firm’s Industrial Pensions group. Paulus provides advice and handles proceedings on pension-law issues involving pension schemes, the management and supervision of pension funds, pension services agreements, insurance and re-insurance agreements, the defined contribution pension institution and mandatory participation (verplichtstellingen), as well as the pension-law aspects of acquisition transactions and reorganisations.
Paulus’ clients include pension funds, insurers and parties to acquisition transactions, as well as parties who broadly qualify as employers in various industries.
Paulus is regularly published and often lectures on his speciality areas and the developments in those fields. He also conducts courses for members of the Dutch Bar Association (Nederlandse Orde van Advocaten) and the Association of Chartered Accountants (Samenwerkende Registeraccountants), and he is a member of the Examinations Committee for the course conferring the title of Certified Pensions Lawyer.
