Paul Hulshof is a tax adviser with the tax practice group at CMS Derks Star Busmann. He has more than 20 years of experience as a VAT specialist in tax consultancy work. Paul advises a range of national and international businesses in such areas as structuring domestic and international trade flows in the most efficient way, setting up joint ventures and developing and operating real estate. He also assists during audits by the Tax and Customs Administration, and conducts objection and appeal proceedings in disputes with the Tax and Customs Administration.
Paul’s clients include real estate companies, housing corporations, hospitals, educational institutions, IT companies, healthcare insurers and financial institutions.
