Martika Jonk is a partner in the CMS Corporate Finance Department. She assists mainly international clients with mergers, share and asset acquisitions and re-organisations.
She furthermore advises on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters.
Martika Jonk was Resident Partner of the Berlin office of CMS in 1992-1977. She has been admitted to the Bar in Berlin since 1995 and has acted as legal counsel in many Dutch-German transborder transactions. She has worked in Boston, MA, as a foreign legal consultant. Her knowledge of both the civil law and common law system, facilitates advising US, and other clients from common law jurisdictions, when doing business in the Netherlands.
