Martijn van der Bie has worked at CMS Derks Star Busmann as a junior civil-law notary since 1999 and was appointed civil-law notary on 27 August 2010. He is active in the Corporate Practice Group and was appointed partner early this year.
His experience includes national and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, divisions of enterprises, reorganisations, private equity, joint ventures, business succession, management buy-outs and management buy-ins, employee participation schemes, investment funds and corporate governance. In addition, Martijn advises on the setting up of joint ventures as well as major mergers within the care and welfare sector. |
