Mark Ziekman is a member of our firm's Corporate practice group. He is active in the field of company law and specialises in cross-border mergers and takeovers, corporate finance and commercial contracts. Mark also has broad experience in arbitration and litigation regarding corporate and commercial disputes.
Mark is the chair of our China Desk. He also is a member of various organizations and associations in his specialist area, including the Dutch& Japanese Trade Federation, Nederland Distributie Land and the Corporate Litigation Association.
