Marjolein Pesch has worked as a lawyer since 1989 and has a wide-ranging legal background. Her specialist areas are property development (public-private partnerships, DBFMO) and European tendering.
She is frequently involved in complex area developments, where she acts for property developers and consortia as well as municipalities. Within that framework she advises on all the legal aspects of such processes and draws up the various contracts. She also represents clients in the event of any disputes or legal action.
Marjolein is a permanent lecturer at Geoplan, where she teaches basic and extension courses on the subject of area development, PPP (public-private partnerships) and other aspects of European tendering and state aid. Finally, Marjolein regularly holds presentations on property development and European tender procedures.
