Erika Samuels Brusse is a lawyer and employed in our firm’s property practice. She specializes in planning law and environmental law. This includes proceedings concerning environmental permits and planning permission, zoning plans, exemptions and property and area development. She is also specialized in enforcement proceedings (orders subject to a penalty for non-compliance, administrative enforcement and administrative penalties). In addition, she provides advice on matters relating to general administrative law, such as grants.
Erika has been a lawyer since 1999 and specializes in property. Prior to this she worked for the Public Prosecution Service in Amsterdam, where she focused on the enforcement of environmental regulations.
Erika assists property developers and government bodies in the development and construction of shopping centres, housing projects, offices, environmental permit procedures and business expansions.
