Erik Vorst is a civil-law notary with the Corporate practice group. His knowledge and experience in particular concern corporate and company law in the broadest sense and securities law. His special fields of interest include national and international joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, investment funds, corporate governance
reorganizations and divisions, security law and employee participation plans.
Erik's clients are mostly medium-sized and large companies and institutions. A considerable number of his clients are in the sectors of renewable energy, technology and media, property development and venture capital. In addition, Erik focuses on investment institutions.
Erik is also a lecturer in aspects of company law at Utrecht University.
