Christian Delgado

Christian Delgado is a senior associate in the Corporate practice group. He provides advice about company and corporate law issues in broad terms and has been involved in various cross-border transactions, both acquisitions and mergers that commonly cover three or more jurisdictions.

Christian has approximately six years of experience as a attorney at CMS Derks Star Busmann (since 2006) and prior to that worked for a year as a staff member in the legal department of a multinational in the metal packing industry (2004/2005).

Christian speaks fluent Dutch, English and German (the latter language as a native speaker). In February 2012, he passed the entrance exam (Eignungsprüfung) for German candidate Rechtsanwälte and is currently awaiting his registration with the Lawyers’ Association (Rechtsanwaltskammer) in Düsseldorf.
