Cees de Tombe is a lawyer and partner in the Corporate practice group at our office. He specializes in company law, corporate litigation, corporate governance, mergers and takeovers, restructrings, joint ventures, private equity, management buy-outs and stock exchange flotations. Cees regularly speaks at a range of seminars, lectures and workshops.
Cees joined CMS Derks Star Busmann in 1980 after completing his studies in Dutch law at Leiden University. In 1987 he joined the then partnership (now an N.V.).
