Bart Bendel is a partner in the Corporate Litigation practice group. He specializes in company law, disputes in legal persons, groups of companies, joint venture relationships, (other) shareholder relationships and in partnerships. Occasionally Bart also provides guidance with transactions.
His clients include private companies that are active in various sectors. He also acts for nonprofit organizations and public and semipublic institutions.
Bart gives postgraduate courses for lawyers and accountants. He regularly publishes articles on current developments and acts as a speaker at seminars.
