Aukje Haan

Aukje Haan has been a qualified lawyer since 1990, and since then has been working for the Corporate & Commercial section in Utrecht, where she is now head of this section.

Aukje's specialist area is company law, including the supervision of mergers and takeovers and drawing up various kinds of contracts and cooperation agreements. Her field of work also extends to corporate employment law, including advice on the position of the director and major shareholder/director under the articles of association.

She also has an extensive litigation practice in the above areas of the law. Aukje publishes and regularly teaches on a range of subjects in the area of company law.
