Arnout Scholten

Arnout Scholten is an attorney in our Real Estate practice group. He specializes in lease law and property law and has extensive expertise in the area of lease law relating to residential and business properties. He also has broad experience in the areas of property development, purchase and sale agreements, real rights and acquisitive prescription.

Arnout advises large and medium-sized companies, municipalities and housing corporations about property developments, lease contracts and assists these parties in legal proceedings.

He publishes and lectures on tenancy law matters with great regularity. Arnout is one of the regular contributors to the Tijdschrift voor Huurrecht Bedrijfsruimte (a magazine focusing on the leasing of business space) and is a member of the Dutch Association of Landlord and Tenant Law Practitioners.

Arnout graduated in international (1995) and civil (2000) law and completed the landlord and tenant law specialization course of the Dutch Association of Landlord and Tenant Law Practitioners cum laude.
