Commercial litigation (tier 3)
CMS Derks Star Busmann has recently assisted clients in the energy and aviation sectors. Headed by Peter Soede, the team includes Leonard Böhmer, who is the US government’s litigator in the Netherlands.

Roman Tarlavski van CMS Derks Star Busmann is een nieuwe naam in de ranglijst gesorteerd naar aantal deals. Tarlavski staat met acht deals en €190 miljoen op de zevende plaats. Hij adviseerde onder andere pensioenfonds ABP bij de verkoop van het Crown Plaza Hotel in Amsterdam voor €72 miljoen.
